All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency stated at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it. Delivery fees, where applicable, are shown separately during checkout based on your delivery area.

Orders

You may place an order through our website checkout or directly via WhatsApp. When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number, and delivery address, so that we can process and deliver your order correctly.

Order Confirmation

After you place an order, we will contact you — by phone or WhatsApp — to confirm the details before your order is dispatched. An order is only considered confirmed once we have verified it with you. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order we are unable to confirm or fulfil.

Availability

Our products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a partial order, or a full cancellation of the affected item.

Delivery

We deliver to the areas listed at checkout. Delivery fees and estimated delivery times vary depending on your area and are shown before you confirm your order. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors outside our control.

Payment Methods

We currently accept Cash on Delivery for all orders. We may introduce additional online payment methods in the future, which will be clearly presented at checkout once available.

Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected in cash at the time your order is delivered to the address you provided. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order, and that the amount due matches the total confirmed with you beforehand.

Returns and Cancellations

Due to the nature of perfume products and hygiene considerations, we can only accept returns or exchanges if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or different from what you ordered. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the issue where possible, so we can resolve it quickly. Orders may be cancelled free of charge any time before they are confirmed or dispatched — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
